Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb lean ground beef (or plant-based ground alternative)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup beef or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin

- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add the onion and cook for 4–5 minutes until softened. Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat the meat and vegetables.
- Add the Mountain High Organics Black Beans, diced tomatoes, sweet corn, and broth. Stir to combine.
